Bookkeeping services

for sole proprietors, small corporations and nonprofits

We set up your accounts and financial statements in alignment with CRA's expectations and established accounting standards (ASPE, GAAP and IFRS).

We coach you to manage your own books and payroll and support you as needed. Or we can manage it for you.

We help you choose accounting software (QuickBooks, Wave, Xero etc.) that fits your budget and meets your needs. Or we can set up your books in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, if you are good at spreadsheets.

Small Business Consulting

for businesses, nonprofits and charities

We help startups prepare and execute a business plan

We provide project management support to help you progress through the steps on a desired timeline.

We can guide you through the incorporation process, setting up a nonprofit board, preparing budgets for financing and planning purposes etc.

We can support you with bookkeeping and payroll and set up your business email, calendar, appointment scheduling system, video conferencing, payment platform etc.

Together, we can identify your procedural needs and develop a low-cost client relationship management (CRM) system that reflects and perfects your workflow and allows you to gather and use data to power your business.

We create systems and processes and help you build in-house capacity, so you can grow and scale your work.

What we charge

$75 per hour for consulting time

$45 per hour for admin time

When we set things up for you, show you how to do it, and you consult us on an as-needed basis, we usually invoice you for consulting time.

When we do things for you on an ongoing basis, we would usually invoice you for admin time.
